How much can I purchase an eGift card for?

eGift cards are available for purchase at fixed and variable denominations. Where they are variable, we are displaying £10, £50, £100 options and a field in case you wish to enter another amount.

Where can I use my eGift?

The Terms and Conditions of each eGift will explain where it can be redeemed.

When will my eGift expire?

Each eGift may have different expiry periods. This is outlined in the Terms and Conditions of each eGift.

Do I need to print my eGift in order to redeem it?

No, you can redeem eGifts from your mobile phone, or online by entering the eGift code directly when prompted.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by debit or credit card. We don't take American Express, sorry. Please note only credit cards issued in the UK will be accepted.

Can I change the value of my eGift card after purchase?

To change all or part of your order, please contact our account team on 0344 381 5065. Changes can't be made once your gift cards have been activated.

No you cannot use a gift card to make a purchase on this website.

Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

eGifts are sent by email as soon as your credit card payment has been processed. Physical gift card orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be processed the same working day. Physical gift card orders placed after 3pm Monday-Friday or at weekends will be processed the next working day. Depending on the delivery option chosen, it can take between 1 to 4 working days from the processing day for your order to arrive. See ‘What delivery options do you offer’ for all shipping methods.

What delivery options do you offer?

We use Royal Mail to deliver your gift cards. We offer 3 types of service with varying delivery timeframes as follows: Royal Mail First Class - £0.90 - Up to 4 working days; Royal Mail First Class Signed For - £1.95 - Up to 2 working days; Royal Mail Special Delivery - £6.95 - Next working day.

My order has not been delivered within the specific timeframes. Why not?

During peak periods, you may experience some delays with deliveries.

Restrictions

Are there any restrictions on purchasing cards?

A maximum of 10 gift cards can be placed per order, but an order may not exceed £500 in total.

Do the cards have an expiry date?

Yes. Each gift card may have different expiry periods. This is outlined in the Terms and Conditions of each gift card.

Can I use my gift card in combination with other discounts or promotions?

This will depend upon the brand of your gift card. Some brands will allow the use of their gift cards within promotions, others will not. Please check the Terms and Conditions of the gift card brand.

Bulk purchases

Can I buy gift cards in bulk?

Yes. A bulk order is defined as a purchase that exceeds the £500 limit or 10 cards limit imposed on the site. If you'd like to place a bulk order, then please contact our fulfillment team via Morrisons.GC@bhnetwork.com. Please state the quantity and denominations of the requested giftcards.

How do I place a bulk corporate order?

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
